Strawberry Sunrise

As a college student, sometimes finding time for breakfast can be a little bit challenging, especially a healthy breakfast.  I couldn’t choke down just plain orange juice anymore, so I decided I’d mix it up a little bit and add some of my favorite fruit. A smoothie is much easier to eat on the go than a bowl of cereal!  This is the perfect thing to along with a great breakfast, or any meal!

    1. If you use frozen fruit (no sugar added) you can cut out the ice. I don't like ice in my smoothies because of the texture so I use frozen fruit. I also add greek yogurt to up the protein and give these to my kids every morning before school. Yum!
