Graham Cracker Crumb Bars Recipe

These little bars of goodness are perfect for those times when you told your mom that you would bring dessert to a family function, but totally forgot about it until shortly before it’s time to go and you don’t have any time to run to the store, so you have to look in your pantry and find something that you can make with the few ingredients that you have available . . . yep, these are totally perfect for times like that! Not that I would know or anything . . . 😉

    1. Is there a substitute for the coconut? I'm not a huge fan of coconut when it comes to desserts. I'd like to possibly try a batch with coconut and another batch of a viable substitute for coconut just in case it is not popular among the masses :) . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!!!
      • We googled susbstitute for coconut and this is what it said....As coconut is usually part of the dry mix, you could replace it with an equal amount of the flour used in the recipe; unprocessed bran; oats; ground nuts or even chopped dried fruit. Hope this helps! :)
