Hi Pauline, There is a product called A-1 Steak Sauce. Do not know if you have that in UK. You could ask the butcher or go on line and search for a recipe for steak sauce. Hopefully this helps. as ever, dearcat from Maine in Northern US
  2. I'm confused about the 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. Do I drain the pineapple and just add the 1/2 cup of pineapple juice and disregard the rest or am I saving the 1/2 cup of pineapple juice for something else? Thanks
