Slow Cooker Honey Ribs Recipe

If I had to pick a favorite food, it would be ribs (unless chocolate counts as a food . . . )!  Whenever we go out to dinner, I always end up ordering ribs.  I love the moist, succulent meat.  I love them even more when I can make them at home in my slow cooker!  These ribs literally just fall apart after cooking all day.  They are delicious!
