Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

One of my biggest temptations to healthy eating is Chinese food.  I can’t seem to get enough of it!  I decided to try and make a lighter version of one of our family favorites at home.  It was so easy to throw together and saved us a few more calories than eating take out.

  1. I love chinese food and in a slow cooker, to boot! I will be making this for sure. Thanks!
  2. 1 cup of sugar! seriously did I just read that right?!! I thought this was healthy looking in Pinterest, until I read the ingredients. So disappointed. I tried 1/4 cup of brown sugar and it was just as sweet as I think most things should taste....so for the people that want less processed sugar in their diet, it can taste nice without a whole cup of sugar in it....
