Soft Eggnog Cookies

One of the many reasons I love this time of year is because of the eggnog!!! I remember when we were little, eggnog was a special treat. We didn’t have it too much, but when we did I sure did savor every drink! My 5 year old little girl does not like eggnog but she sure ate all the cookies that I would let her!

  1. What a delicious combination of my two favorite things!! These cookies came out perfectly. I had to cook them for a little longer (probably 25 minutes) but that may also have just been my oven. I also didn't have any light eggnog, but we did have caramel eggnog which I used instead and they came out delicious. Great recipe and I'll definitely make these again before Christmas. Thanks!!
