Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins Recipe {with Truvia® Baking Blend}

We are so excited to be part of the Truvia® Kitchen Cabinet as “honestly sweet” ambassadors!
For the next 6 months, we’ve partnered with Truvia® to bring you tried and true recipes using the new Truvia® Baking Blend. We know first-hand how hard it is to make good decisions regarding food choices this time of year (everything is just so delicious!), and Truvia Baking Blend is a great way to decrease your calorie intake while still enjoying your favorite treats! You can use  Truvia® Baking Blend in any recipe that has sugar!  Replace sugar using 1/2 the amount of Truvia® Baking Blend (for example, use 1/2 cup Truvia® Baking Blend in place of 1 cup sugar).  If you made this recipe using sugar, each muffin would have 207 calories.  Using Truvia® Baking Blend, each muffin has 164 calories!  Much better!

  1. These look delicious (but when do you add the milk?)! I'm going to make these as a loaf (I don't have a muffin tin here in Argentina, on the mission field)... I'm sure the baking time will have to be increased a little. I might even use orange peel and substitute orange juice for the milk!
