My Husband’s favorite meal is with Rhodes rolls, mozzarella cheese, ham and pineapple. Making each individual one took some time to make. I didn’t have a ton of time so I decided to try using a Rhodes Roll Loaf.
- 2 Rhodes Loaves - 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - Pizza Toppings - I used Ham and Pineapple but you could use pepperoni, olives, etc
First I let it thaw (not rise) and it took about an hour. Next I rolled out the dough with the rolling pin (try and get it as thin as you can). I then added my ham, pineapple and mozzarella cheese. Roll up your pizza roll and place on a baking sheet. (I had to cut mine in half because it was so long) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. Let cool for 5 minutes then cut into good size pieces (I cut mine about 4 inches long) You can then dip it into Pizza Sauce, Ranch or any other sauce you like to use!
