Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe

I never thought I could be someone who drinks a smoothie full of spinach but my sister, Kristen, gave me this recipe for a delicious and nutritious green smoothie! The best part is, you don’t even notice the spinach because it isn’t bright green.
This smoothie only has 200 calories!

    • It doesn't lower the calories but it adds a lot of vitamins and minerals. Spinach is one of the best Veggies for you! 1 cup of spinach has...
      1110 % of all your Vitamin K
377% of all your Vit A
      65% of your folate
      30% of your Vitamin C
      24% of you calcium
And the list goes on and on 22 vitamins in all.
      I hope this helps you!

  1. i use spinach, a bit of yogurt, whatever fruit is in the fridge or freezer, sometimes broccoli too. also add whey protein sometimes....delicious! i have found it helps to vary the yogurt, and it helps to change up the taste/texture. greek yogurt is also delectable!
