I could eat just about any type of grilled chicken, but especially love this recipe! The marinade is very simple but has tons of flavor.

  1. First word out of hubby's mouth were "MMMmmm so good!" And I have to agree. I left out the red pepper flakes using only the cayenne to tone down the heat, but it still had a delightful kick to it. For those who like "hot", definitely use both. Grilling it made it so easy too.
  2. I love this! I forgot to reserve extra marinade, so while the chicken cooked in a grill pan I added all of the used marinade to another pan and gently simmered it. When the chicken was done I added a splash of half and half to the hot sauce and then poured over the chicken. It was so delish!!!!
