Ingredients

  • 12 frozen Rhodes Dinner Rolls
  • 12 slices of deli ham
  • 12 small slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 (20 ounce) can of Pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Thaw rolls according to directions on the package.
  2. After the rolls are thawed (but not risen), stretch out each roll and lay it flat on a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Wrap each slice of ham around a slice of cheese and place on top of each roll.
  4. Place 2 to 3 pieces of pineapple chunks on top of each rolled up slice of ham.
  5. Fold the dough over the toppings and pinch the edges together.
  6. Try to not have any holes in your dough, as your cheese will melt out of it.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool a few minutes before serving.

  1. i wasn't sure how much cheese was a small piece...i thought a whole slice of swiss cheese would be too much, but wasnt sure if a quarter piece was too small, but i guess i will see how they turn out! i had quite a bit of trouble getting the roll to stick to itself, but once i learned to keep my fingers dry that helped. step by step instructions with pics are always nice, even if it seems so simple:)
