All six of us sisters have struggled at weight with some point in our lives.  We grew up playing sports and have always been pretty active, but now that we’re older we have realized we have less and less time to workout!  Between kids, school, work and social lives it can be so hard to find time to workout and can be pretty intimidating stepping into a gym with a bunch of complicated equipment.

If you are like us, you don’t have a lot of time to workout everyday and you might not know where to start. I know when I first walked into a gym that I was so overwhelmed by all of the different machines and didn’t want to look dumb attempting to use them!  The only thing I knew how to operate was a treadmill or an elliptical!  I knew that I would see better results if I was lifting weights or doing resistance training, but I had no idea what to do!  After months of doing the same routine, I wasn’t seeing much weight loss or the results I wanted and knew I needed some help.  I assumed that personal trainers were going to yell in my face and charge me an arm and a leg, so I never considered them as an option to reach my fitness goals.  That was, until I met Greg.  Greg taught us that with some basic skills and equipment (at home or the gym) I could reach my fitness goals with the right plan, which is what we’ve developed for you!

We approached Greg, a personal trainer and manager of The Gym at Station Park, to help us write a health and fitness program for busy moms and women, just like us!

We are so excited to spend the next 90 days on a journey with you to become healthier one workout and healthy meal at a time!

Like we said in the video, this Six Sisters Strong 90 Day Health and Fitness Program will include 90 days of workouts written by personal trainers (this would usually cost $300-400 a month at a gym!), healthy recipes, and answers to all of your fitness questions!

We always seem to do better when we do things with a support system, which is why we want to do the 90 Day Health and Fitness Program with you!  We will be sharing our favorite healthy recipes and tips with everyone participating, as well as a Facebook group to help support and motivate each other!
