We eat a lot of chicken in our house – and while we’ve found a lot of ways to cook it, it’s still nice to have a little bit of red meat every now and then! This Slow Cooker Swiss Steak is really SO easy – and the sauce makes a delicious gravy to serve over mashed potatoes. It’s a great hearty meal for those cold, winter days.
