I have the hardest time trying to figure out what to eat for lunch – especially when it comes to eating healthy. I don’t want to spend a lot of time on lunch (let’s be honest – I struggle even getting dinner on the table!). I can only eat so many salads before I want to pull my hair out, and I need something that’s tasty enough to distract me from the chick-fil-a nuggets down the street! This Turkey Cranberry Wrap was really easy to throw together, and was a nice change from my salad-for-lunch-everyday routine!
