Camille and I have a big trip coming up to Turks and Caicos and so I have been trying very very very hard to eat healthy and exercise so I will look good in a swim suit. Ha Ha! This is one of my healthy lunches that I love eating! It tastes so good and isn’t bad for you! (Try eating it on whole wheat bread to make it even healthier!)
Don’t have a lot of time? You can just use chicken and pre-made guacamole (we like the brand Wholly Guacamole) – Mix it together, put it on bread and you are good to go! I love using the 100 calorie packs from Wholly Guacamole because it is perfect for just one serving.
