Oreo Fudge Bars Recipe

Calling all chocolate lovers! This is one recipe you won’t want to miss! These bars have a delicious oreo crust, but the fudge insides are what make this dessert heavenly. It’s definitely a rich one – but it is OH SO GOOOOOD. 😉

If you're a chocolate lover, this dessert is for you! With an oreo crust and fudgy insides - it will knock your socks off!
  • 24 Oreos, finely crushed
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 Oreos, crumbled
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix together Oreos and butter until completely combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9" greased baking pan.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  4. After the crust has cooled, mix together half the can of sweetened condensed milk with the milk chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  5. Microwave for 30-40 seconds, then remove and stir until smooth.
  6. Poor over crust.
  7. Mix together the second half of the sweetened condensed milk with the white chocolate chips in a separate microwave safe bowl.
  8. Microwave for 30-40 seconds, then remove and stir until smooth.
  9. Poor over the chocolate chip mixture.
  10. With a knife, slowly swirl the two chocolate mixtures to create a marbled look.
  11. Top with crumbled Oreos.
  12. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

    After I cooked the crust I realized I had evaporated milk instead of condensed! I added a bit of sugar and it all worked out fine. I also used double stuffed oreos instead of the regular kind. So yummy! Thank you, I love y’alls recipes!
