So, before you read the directions, you should just know – these babies are made in the Microwave. Really. I know that some of you may be a little hesitant to try baking potatoes in the microwave, but trust me. It works. And they may not be as crispy as fried potato wedges, but I think they are still a great-tasting side dish. I think they’re even tastier just because they literally take less than ten minutes to prepare from start to finish, and your whole house doesn’t smell like french fries. It’s a win-win!
