I remember eating cheesecake at a young age and my love of that marvelous dessert started. We have many recipes made with cream cheese, but I will be honest, I love just simple cheesecake. My Grandma used to make this recipe. It only calls for 4 ingredients and a graham cracker crust. It is so easy and so delicious!
Delicious No Bake Cheese Cake
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 8 ounce tub of cool whip
1/3 cup of lemon or lime juice
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
You will want the cream cheese to be room temperature. This will make it a lot easier to make the cheese cake.
After your cream cheese is softened, mix it in a mixing bowl with an electric beater. Then mix in the condensed milk, cool whip, and then the lemon juice.
Mix about 2 minutes so it is well combined and smooth. Then pour your mixture into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for an hour to and hour and a half.
