I'm all about easy meals these days. I moved last week so packing, moving, and unpacking with three kids (1 child just turned one) is a little difficult. This Citrus Onion Pulled Pork literally takes 1 minute to throw in your crock pot and you are done for the day. Now I'm usually not a fan of the BBQ Pulled Pork but I absolutely LOVED this. It is different than anything you have ever tasted!
  • 2 lb Pork Roast
  • 1 bottle of Stubb's Citrus and Onion Marinade
  • 12 Rolls
  1. Place your pork roast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour your Stubbs' Marinade over top.ChickenMarinade
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
  4. When it is done cooking, shred your roast with two forks.
  5. Serve on your favorite roll.
  6. I served mine with Mozzarella Cheese over the roast so it could melt before they would eat it.
