I am all about the No Bake items right now. I just can't get enough of them! I mixed a few of our recipes together and came up with these little things. I brought them to Thanksgiving and they were gone in a flash!
No Bake Chocolate Berry Balls
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
3/4 cup dried Cranberries
1/3 cup slivered almonds
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the milk chocolate chips and the white chocolate chips in a medium glass bowl; microwave at HIGH 45 seconds. Stir, and microwave an additional 45 seconds or until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Add cereal and remaining ingredients. Stir quickly to combine. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto foil. Let it set up (around 1 to 2 hours).
