I think that chocolate and mint go together perfectly!  After trying the Andes Mint Fudge, I knew I couldn't stop there!  My family loved this chex mix and it makes a great gift for friends and neighbors this holiday season.

Andes-Mint-Chex-Mix-Muddy-Buddies


Andes Mint Chex Mix Muddy Buddies Recipe:
(Makes 10-12 servings)

Ingredients:
5 cups Corn Chex Cereal
2 (4.6 ounce) boxes Andes Creme de Menthe Thins, melted
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Sprinkles

Directions:
In a large Ziploc bag, combine powdered sugar and sprinkles.  Add cereal to a large bowl.  Melt the mints in the microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.  If not melted, microwave in 20 second increments until melted and smooth.  Pour melted mints over the cereal and mix gently with a spoon until cereal is well coated.  Add the coated cereal to the Ziploc bag and shake until the cereal is covered.

    I gave these a 5. YUM. I didn’t use as much powdered sugar so they are not so pretty as the picture, but they are very tasty. And took about 3 minutes to make. :)
