Stuffing is my favorite dish on Thanksgiving! I was experimenting this week with some stuffing recipes and this one was by far my favorite! It is so easy to make and it tastes delicious!!! You can’t go wrong with this recipe!
Apple Cranberry Stuffing
3/4 cup water
4 Tablespoons of butter
1 (21 oz) can of Lucky Leaf Apple Cranberry Pie Filling – If you don’t have the Lucky Leaf product where you live, you can use the 21 oz can of apple pie filling and about 1/4 cup of whole berry cranberry sauce. (take away a 1/4 cup of the pie filling)
1 (6 oz) box of dry stuffing (I love stove top)
Combine water with butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high until boiling (about 3 minutes)
Add your pie filling and cook for an additional 4 minutes
Remove from the microwave and stir in stuffing mix and seasoning packet.
Return to the microwave and cook for 5 more minutes.
Fluff with fork and serve warm.
