I am always looking for a healthy, quick, side dish. More importantly, a side dish that my kids will like! This citrus fruit salad is a win win for everyone!
Citrus Fruit Salad
1 cantaloupe cut into bite size pieces
1 Pineapple cut into bite size pieces
1 pound of strawberry cut into pieces
1/4 cup of orange juice (I used pulp free)
Dump all the fruit into a Large bowl. Pour the orange juice on top and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix again before serving.
