I am surprised that 4 out of 7 meals are chicken. We would get bored with the lack of variety in meats.
ReplyDeleteI think it's great that 4 of your meals are chicken! The recipes don't look at all boring to me! The way they are prepared offers a lot of variety, and I like to cook a big batch of chicken at the beginning of the week and use it throughout the week. Thanks for sharing these yummy recipes!
ReplyDeleteThese look great! My weekly meal plan is coming soon on my blog.

I have a child that will only eat chicken and I don't eat pork so I can't wait to try these new recipes. P.S. I can't wait to get your book!

ReplyDeleteThe baked chicken fajita recipe is one that I found awhile ago and absolutely love! I have made it many times and passed it on to everyone because it's not only so tasty but so easy and a great prep-ahead meal!
