I seriously have no idea why I have never heard of these before!!
I am all about simple recipes with few ingredients and these fall perfectly in that category. I whipped them up in about 20 minutes and they were a huge hit! My kids also helped me make them from start to finish, so if you need a fun project with your kids, this is for you!

I am not sure I have ever had a real O'henry bar before, but I want to go make these right now!
ReplyDeleteWould it be weird to use semisweet chocolate chips? I never buy milk chocolate ones and I can't imagine that you can ever go wrong with semisweet. Heck, I think I'll try it anyway.
ReplyDeleteI used 1/2 milk & 1/2 semisweet because I didn't have enough milk chocolate & it tasted fine.
DeleteSemisweet should work just fine! :)
DeleteI just made these & of course I had to taste them before they were hardened up (you know, to make sure they were safe for the rest of the fam - LOL). They are awesome!
ReplyDeleteI have an upcoming girls night...these would be great!!
