S’mores Rice Krispie Treats Recipe

We have had some frigid weather here in Utah this winter! I tend to daydream about summer during these freezing months, and nothing screams summer like s’mores! I hope these treats help you get out of your winter slump, too.
S’mores Rice Krispie Treats Recipe:
(Makes 24 squares)
Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 (10.5 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker pieces
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Spray a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove the sauce pan from heat and pour in the rice krispie cereal and graham cracker pieces. Mix well. Gently fold in chocolate chips and immediately press rice krispie treats into greased baking pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
