It is official... I've lost another pound! I have lost a total of 3 pounds since the 8 week challenge started.
I'm not losing weight as fast as I would like, but slow and steady wins the race right? I was getting really sick of my usual salad for lunch so I've been switching things around. This Low Fat Turkey Bacon Wrap was delicious!
Low Fat Turkey Bacon Wrap Recipe:
2 slices of deli turkey
3 pieces of turkey bacon (99 percent fat free)
2 Tablespoons of fat free ranch dressing
Spread your ranch on the inside of the multigrain wrap. Add the rest of the ingredients and roll up the wrap. Cut in half for easier eating.
