I am so excited to introduce you to dōTERRA Essential Oils!
I am the first to admit that I was a little skeptical when it comes to using oils, but have had a change of heart over the past few weeks! This winter, every single person in our entire family has been sick! We have had numerous doctor visits, antibiotics and even stays in the hospital. We finally decided that enough was enough and gave dōTERRA Essential Oils a try!
What is an Essential Oil?

Camille's family has had quite the case of RSV this winter. Her youngest daughter, Taylor, is 3 months old and was constantly coughing and had a terrible cold. Camille rubbed a few drops of dōTERRA Breathe on Taylor's feet and chest to help clear her lungs and sinuses as well as to calm her down to sleep better. It was amazing to see the difference it made in Taylor's breathing and reduction in her coughing!
Kristen has also had quite a few sick children in her home this season. Her daughter, Mailey, is just 2 months old and was hospitalized for RSV. We recently had a 7 hour drive in the car and sweet Mailey was coughing almost the whole way. Luckily, we had some dōTERRA in the car and rubbed it on her feet to help calm her down and soothe her cough. Kristen's other daughters also had Croup. With all of her kids being sick, and her husband in the middle of medical school, Kristen couldn't afford to get sick! She decided to dilute a few drops of dōTERRA On Guard and spray it throughout her house to eliminate the airborne pathogens that would get her sick. She has yet to catch any of the sicknesses going around!
I suffer from headaches all the time! I try to avoid taking Advil or Tylenol until it gets so painful that I can't take it anymore! I decided to rub a little dōTERRA Peppermint and Lavender on my temples. In a matter of minutes, my headache was gone! I was so excited that I could cure my headaches with something natural rather than filling my bottle with dose after dose of pain reliever.

Deletei LOVE doterra oils and am actually just getting started as an IPC as well. I have benefited much, as I suffer headaches and a lot of digestive issues (which Digestzen works amazingly for). doTerra has also helped my son with his asthma as well. love that you girls are getting involved and have been able to see the amazing benefits of this 100% natural product.
ReplyDeletedoTERRA is my FAVORITE! I use their stuff on my little guy all the time. We started diffusing lavender at night while he sleeps and he has slept so much better since. Which is heavenly for me, since it's hard to get much sleep with a 4 month old!

ReplyDeleteWelcome to DoTerra. I have been an IPC for over a year and have seen many amazing things from these oils.
ReplyDeleteTo diffuse oils, you must buy a diffuser. With a few drops of oils you can smell them through the room or house.
ReplyDeleteWe had mice in our house (the first time since we have lived here since 2000) and I diffused doterra peppermint in the house. We haven't seen a mouse since then. I also drop some peppermint into baking soda and sprinkle it on the carpet and doorways so that the mice can sense it.
I bought a physicians kit in August since my husband no longer has insurance. I rub On Guard on everyone in my families feet in the morning. I teach school, and no one has been sick this year. My daughter uses the Melalueca on her pimples, and they go away much faster!
I use the lavendar on my son to help him fall asleep.... and I use the slim and sassy to help curb hunger. It really does work.
My Mom introduced me to doTERRA. I enjoy them and really notice a difference. My husband even lets me rub different combos on his feet when he's starting to feel sick. It helps!
