Berries and Cream Jello Salad
Ingredients:
1 (6 oz) box raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Fresh berries for garnish (I used blackberries, but any berries work)
Directions:
Mix together the box of jello and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until all jello is dissolved. Mix in can of pineapple and can of pie filling until combined. Pour jello mixture into a 9×13 pan and refrigerate until set (about 4-5 hours).
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Place a spoonful of cream on each serving. Garnish with fresh berries.

I absolutely LOVE Jello Salads. Ive made one similar to this, from my Grandma’s recipes, since I was a girl. I’ll have to try your version. Thanks!
