Like many of you, one of my new years resolution is to lose weight. I am now 7 weeks out from having my cute little girl and it is now time to lose weight! Here are some healthy breakfast ideas that I will be trying for the next few weeks.

  1. You are 7 weeks post partum and worried about losing weight?! Honey, give yourself a break! I was always told, 9 months to gain, at least 9 months if not a year to get back to pre-baby! Relax! The breakfasts looks delicious but chill out on losing weight!

  5. I guess all your recipes look yummy and tasty. But I am not sure that some of them have a small amount of calories. I guess it is better to avoid breakfast with fries bananas and pancakes. It is better to use something soft and rich with protein and carb for your health.
