Chili Lime Rubbed Steak Recipe

I can say for a fact that I love steak more than my husband does.  I would eat it everyday if I could!  This is our go-to steak rub and it is divine!

Chili Lime Rubbed Steak Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1-2 pounds flank steak

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil.  Rub mixture deep into both sides of the steaks.  Set seasoned steaks on a plate and let rest for 10 minutes.  Meanwhile, preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.  After ten minutes, place steaks on hot grill or pan.  Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired wellness.

I love steak! I will have to try this rub.

Also, I am hoping you mean that you love steak more than your husband does rather than you love steak more than you love your husband… haha!

Looks delicious! I actually have a question about a recipe you posted a little while ago. Its the slow cooker honey baked ham. The recipe said to cook the ham for 6-8 hours. But did you only cook yours for 3 hours? Just until it starts falling apart?
