We are so excited to be part of the Truvia® Kitchen Cabinet as "honestly sweet" ambassadors!
For the next 6 months, we've partnered with Truvia® to bring you tried and true recipes using the new Truvia® Baking Blend.
We know first-hand how hard it is to make good decisions regarding food
choices this time of year (everything is just so delicious!), and
Truvia Baking Blend is a great way to decrease your calorie intake while
still enjoying your favorite treats!
You can use Truvia® Baking Blend in any recipe that has sugar! Replace sugar using 1/2 the amount of Truvia® Baking Blend (for example, use 1/2 cup Truvia® Baking Blend in place of 1 cup sugar). If you made this recipe using sugar, each muffin would have 207 calories. Using Truvia® Baking Blend, each muffin has 164 calories! Much better!

ReplyDeleteThese look perfect to eat along side a cup of tea!
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious...going to have to make these soon. I'm alread a fan of Truvia, but haven't used the baking blend.
ReplyDeleteThese look delicious (but when do you add the milk?)! I'm going to make these as a loaf (I don't have a muffin tin here in Argentina, on the mission field)... I'm sure the baking time will have to be increased a little. I might even use orange peel and substitute orange juice for the milk!

ReplyDeleteJust add it with the flour, baking soda, and salt. Sorry about that. We'll fix that on the recipe. Best of luck making it in the loaf pan. How exciting to be serving in Argentina! :) -The Six Sisters
