My Mother-in-Law gave me this recipe right after we got married. It is our go to crock pot meal when I can't think of anything else to make. It is so easy and this chicken can be used all kinds of ways!
Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Salad
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
16 ounce bottle fat free Italian dressing
Spray your crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Put your chicken on the bottom of your crock pot. Sprinkle your chicken with the chili powder and cumin. Pour your dressing on top of the chicken.
Cook on Low heat for 6 to 8 hours. When it is done cooking, shred your chicken. This chicken served on soft tortillas with sour cream and toppings is so delicious!
