ReplyDeleteHi, I am going to use this recipe for a cookie exchange...can you tell me how many cookies the recipe yields? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAbout 4 dozen! Thanks for your question!!!
DeleteI love Andes Mints!! The only time I ever really have them is that rare occasion we go to Olive Garden and I always ask the waitress to bring extra ;0) This will give me a good excuse to go out and buy a whole bag.
ReplyDeleteI love the Grinch! I'm doing a grinch-themed Christmas party, too. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteThese are adorable and so festive!! We saw the Grinch today in our Christmas parade!! Thanks for sharing at Foodtastic Friday!
ReplyDeleteI have been looking for this! All of the other cookies I found use a pre-made mix. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI made these yesterday for a neighborhood Christmas party and they were a hit, and my boyfriend requested they be added to the holiday dessert rotation. My grocery store doesn't carry Andes for some odd reason, so I used Hershey's dark chocolate mint truffle kisses and they worked wonderfully. Thanks for the great recipe!!
ReplyDeleteYou gals just made my day these look so great, I showed you off tonight!

ReplyDeleteMade these for a Christmas party and they came out beautiful. Going to make again and give as gifts! Thanks for the recipe.
ReplyDeleteWhen it says mint extract, would peppermint extract work as a substitute? I've been told this is a no no when making brownies or chocolate cookies and to only use peppermint ex. So which one does this recipe call for?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the fantastic recipe. Made two adjustments: only used 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar and added 1 egg white-terrifically chewy, perfect cookie!
