Cheesy Garlic Sticks Recipe

My family loves the big pieces of garlic Texas toast you buy in the freezer section of the grocery store. Okay, I admit, I think it is pretty delicious too. However, I don’t love the nutritional facts on the side of the box so we decided to make something that tastes just as great but without tons of extra fat and calories!
Cheesy Garlic Sticks Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 can of refrigerated pizza dough
Olive oil for brushing dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Italian seasoning
Olive oil for brushing dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Italian seasoning
Directions:
Roll out pizza dough on a baking pan. Brush dough lightly all over with olive oil. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella all over dough. Use your fingers and sprinkle minced garlic all over the dough. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the top, as desired. Bake at 425 for 12-18 minutes.

OOH! YUM!
Looks so yummy!
These look so good. The only thing I would do different is infuse the olive oil with the garlic and then brush it on.
