Cheesy Garlic Sticks Recipe

My family loves the big pieces of garlic Texas toast you buy in the freezer section of the grocery store.  Okay, I admit, I think it is pretty delicious too.  However, I don’t love the nutritional facts on the side of the box so we decided to make something that tastes just as great but without tons of extra fat and calories!

Cheesy Garlic Sticks Recipe:
1 can of refrigerated pizza dough
Olive oil for brushing dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Italian seasoning
Roll out pizza dough on a baking pan.  Brush dough lightly all over with olive oil.  Sprinkle shredded mozzarella all over dough.  Use your fingers and sprinkle minced garlic all over the dough.  Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the top, as desired.  Bake at 425 for 12-18 minutes.

I made these tonight and we loved them. I can’t mince garlic quite fine enough so sprinkled garlic powder and some Parmesan-Romano cheese on top. So great, thanks for sharing! can’t wait to try your other recipes!

I love all these recipes I’m finding on this blog, but they all have such low “reviews”—is there a way to see the reviews, or is it possible that people are accidentally rating them one star without even trying them?
Like this one, for example. On the recipe’s summary, it says 1 out of 5 stars based on 19 reviews. It would be great to hear feedback along with the starred reviews to see whether or not to trust them. I tend to depend on reviews when it comes to deciding which recipe to go with.
