In college I had a roommate who made the most amazing cookies. Whenever there was a reason to celebrate she would bake these little babies up. For my wedding she gave me the recipe and they really are my one of my favorite cookies! - I couldn't get a picture that would give these cookies justice. These are so delicious especially with the mixture of the three chips! Thanks KK!

Haha, I saw the link on facebook for Happy Cookies and thought, hey, those sound familiar! They seriously are the best cookie ever! Just a hint for anyone making them though-they work much better on a baking stone and leave them slightly gooey when you take them out of the oven and let them sit on the stone an extra 3-5 minutes. Yum! Also using Mexican Vanilla gives them an extra kick of happy!
