I love having a warm slice of fresh baked banana bread, but I love it even more when it only has 4 ingredients in it! This is the easiest banana bread I've ever made! I didn't even have to pull out a single measuring spoon or cup. The batter was in the pan and ready to bake before my oven was even heated up!
Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe:
(Recipe from Artsy Fartsy Mama)
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
3-4 overripe bananas
1 c. milk chocolate chips
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes for two small pans or 45-50 minutes for one large loaf pan.

ReplyDeleteI poured these into 18 paper lined muffin cups, sprinkled tops with a bit of raw sugar and baked for 20 minutes. They turned out perfectly and very pretty with the sparkle of sugar. Oh, and I may have added a few more chocolate chips...for the kids, really! ;) Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper and I know I will use it often.
ReplyDeleteAlso delicious with peanut butter cups instead of chocolate chips. Fantastic, easy and delicious idea - Thanks!
ReplyDeleteDon't know what I did wrong but the middle of mine was sunken in. :( The sides were good though! lol
ReplyDeleteI tried this today and o my goodness it was wonderful!
ReplyDeleteYou dont add any liquid?
ReplyDeleteNo liquid. Just follow the directions and it should work great!
DeleteI've made quite a few different banana recipes but I have to admit, I was slightly skeptical about this one. However, I was in a pinch and needed to make a loaf for work, and happened to have these 4 ingredients on hand. I actually ended up doing 3 mini loaves and they baked up very nicely. Then the taste test.... Delicious!!! Definitely different than other recipes, but I really enjoyed it! Will be making this one again. Thanks!
