Wooden 4×4" Snowman Craft Tutorial

I decided that my January decor was really lacking, so I whipped up this little snowman.
It was super easy to make, took about 30 minutes, and cost nothing because I had the materials on hand (even if you don’t have the materials, you can make this for less than $5!).
I don’t have pictures of each step, but it’s pretty self-explanatory . . . I will just explain what I did and you can email me if you have questions.
*I used a 4×4″ wood scrap that we had and cut it into 3 pieces: 4″ long, 6″ long, and 8″ inches long (you could purchase a 4×4″ piece of wood at a store like Lowe’s or Home Depot and have them cut it to those measurements for you. If you are nice, sometimes they will give you their scrap wood for free).
*Paint all 3 pieces white. (You don’t have to sand down your edges, but I did just to give it some dimension.)
*You will need a triangle for the nose- once again I just used scrap wood and cut a simple triangle out. *You don’t even need a fancy saw- you could totally use a hand saw to cut out a triangle. If you didn’t want to cut it out, a lot of craft stores sell pre-cut wood shapes and that would work great.
*Paint your nose orange and sand down the edges (if you want to do that).
*Glue the nose to the middle of the smallest wood block and add eyes right above it. I used the end of an unsharpened pencil dipped in black paint for my eyes.
*Glue on three buttons down the front of your blocks and stack them up . . .
your snowman is now complete!
Quick, easy, cheap, and cute . . .
