I love tomato and cheese sandwiches and this is a new twist on an old combo that you have to try!
Ingredients
Whole Wheat Ciabatta Deli Roll
2-4 low fat slices mozzarella cheese, enough to cover your roll
1 tomato, sliced
3 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
(mix oil and vinegar together)
Directions:
Sprinkle cut sides of roll with balsamic vinegar and oil. On one side of the roll layer your cheese. On the other side layer your tomato slices and basil leaves.

Turn your oven to Broil and put the both sides of the sandwich on a cookie sheet or pan. Check every minute. Wait till edges brown and cheese is melted. (it should only take about 2 minutes).
Put it together and enjoy!

Healthy Tip of the day:
Get Moving! In order to lose weight or maintain the weight you are at now, you need to exercise. Something that works for me is to have an exercise "buddy." I usually go running or lift weights but it is a lot easier for me to go when I know my exercise "buddy" is waiting for me! 30 minutes of exercise is recommended everyday for adults.

Love these wonderful sandwiches - full of goodness and great taste - thanks for sharing!
