We like to sit down with our family and write out our goals for the upcoming year. I notice that I am so much more likely to do something when I have written it down. We like to hang them on our fridge so we see them throughout the day. It usually makes me think twice before I dig into the freezer for some ice cream!
You can copy and paste this into word and re-size it as you would like, then print it out!
We are starting our 8 week weight loss challenge today, and would love to have you join us! It has really helped us to live healthier lifestyles.
