Grandma A’s Holiday Cheese Ball

Print Friendly

This is the perfect treat for your holiday parties! It’s so yummy with crackers and veggies. It takes only about 15 minutes (plus time to set-up) to throw it together . . . I promise it will be the hit of the party! :)

1 8 oz Kaukauna Spreadable Cheddar (Smoky Cheddar Flavor)
1 8 oz Cream cheese
2 T. Margarine or butter
2 tsp. Chopped pimento
1 T. Chopped green pepper (chopped fine)
1 T. Onion (chopped fine)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice

Combine cheese spread, cream cheese and margarine in a bowl. Microwave for about 25 seconds to soften it. Mix together well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir in by hand. Let it set up in the fridge for about 30 minutes, so that you can form it into a ball.
Roll the cheese ball in 1 1/2 cups of chopped walnuts. Can be served immediately with crackers or wrap in plastic wrap and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

It leaves the measurements off when I use the print option…. It works better for me if I copy and paste, but thanks for the recipe!
