E-Licious Cookbook Review and Giveaway

 We were so excited when Jenna from The Newlyweds Blog contacted us about reviewing her new e-cookbook, E-Licious. This cookbook is filled with about 50 recipes and amazing pictures to go with each recipe. The ingredients used in these recipes are all items that you have on hand and are easy to make- anyone could follow these recipes and have amazing results!

There are 10 sections in this cookbook- such as Weeknight Meals, Crockpot Meals (my personal favorite!), Date Night, Backyard BBQ, and Man-Pleasing Meals.

One of the recipes that I tried out on my family was Crock Pot Salsa Verde Tacos . . . oh. my. goodness. They were amazing!! The pork was so tender that it just fell apart and the flavor was so good! I have tried MANY slow cooker recipes before, but this one is now in my top 3.

These Trucker Cookies from the cookbook sound awesome!
