Peach season is almost here!! It is one of my favorite times of the year! And if I can avoid using my oven during the summer, I totally do. This is a quick peach dessert can be thrown together in about 5 minutes using your grill. It is one of my new favorite summer desserts! They are so juicy and creamy . . . you have to try it!
4 peaches, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup soft cream cheese, mixed with nuts and honey (or just buy the honey-nut flavored cream cheese)
Sugar
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle peaches with a tiny bit of sugar. Place pit side down onto grill. Grill for 5 minutes (more or less- just until the surface has nice grill marks). Turn the peaches over and drizzle with a little bit of honey. Place dollop of cream cheese in the place where the pit was. Grill for 1-2 more minutes or until the filling is warm. Serve immediately.
