Growing up, Sunday dinner just was not complete without a jell-o salad. This is one of my favorite salads to make in the summer with fresh berries, and it makes a lot to take to pot-luck dinners or BBQ’s. If berries are not in season, it tastes just as good with frozen berries. Even though we eat it as a side dish, it makes a delicious dessert too!
