Chow Mein Easter Egg Nest Cookies

These are so easy and so ADDICTING! I can't stop eating them once I start. :)

1 bag of milk chocolate chocolate chips
1 bag of butterscotch chips
10 oz (give or take) chow mein noodles (sometimes it is cheaper to buy them by the bag)
M&M's, jelly beans, or any other little candy you can put in the middle for your "eggs"

Place chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe container. Heat on 50% power for one minute. Stir, and repeat until chips are all melted.

Stir in chow mein noodles until fully covered in chocolate/butterscotch mixture.

Drop by tablespoonful onto wax paper. Form a nest shape with your fingers.

Place candies in middle of nest for the "eggs".

Let sit until firm (or put in fridge to harden them faster!).

Hoppy Easter!
